Sub-processors

Neptechpal Pvt. Ltd. uses these providers to run Perchpush. Each is bound by a contract with data-protection terms at least as strict as our Data Processing Agreement.

Providers you choose

These are not our sub-processors: you connect them with your own account, and they process data for you directly.

Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push to Android, iOS and some browsers, through your own Firebase project and service-account key.
Apple Push Notification service — direct iOS push with your own APNs key.
Browser push services (Google, Mozilla, Apple, Microsoft) — web push to subscribers of your site.
Your SMTP server and SMS gateway — email and SMS you send through Perchpush.
Your Cloudflare account — if you add your own Workers AI key, AI requests run on it instead of ours.
Your webhook endpoints — events you choose to receive (including through Slack, Discord, Telegram, Teams or Webhookify).

Changes

We will update this page and email app owners at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor. If you object on reasonable data-protection grounds, tell us at info@neptechpal.com.np within that time; if we cannot resolve it, you may end the affected service and we will refund any prepaid fees for the remaining period.
