Perchpush
Features

Everything to message well.Nothing to babysit.

Perchpush brings push, in-app messages, an inbox, email and SMS together with journeys, tests and timing that learns from each person. It all runs on your own provider keys.

What’s inside

Nine reasons your messages get read.

Each one works on its own and gets better with the others. Pick a card to go deeper.

Intelligent Delivery

The right person, at the right hour

Channels

One campaign, every channel.

Write a message once and send it as a push, a live in-app message, an inbox item, an email or a text. Push goes to a device; email and SMS go to a person, so each one reaches people where they can receive it.

Mobile push

Reach every iPhone and Android phone through the Firebase and Apple keys you already own, with proof from the device that it arrived.

  • Images, action buttons and deep links
  • Silent pushes, badges, sounds and expiry
  • Android channels and iOS interruption levels
Explore mobile push notifications

Web push

Paste one script and bring visitors back in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile, with no app required.

  • A friendly ask before the browser prompt
  • Receipts from the service worker
  • Identify signed-in visitors

In-app messages & inbox

Banners, modals and full-screen messages designed in the dashboard and shown on a trigger, plus an inbox so nothing important gets lost.

  • No app release needed
  • Live messages reach open apps in about a second
  • Unread counts and mark-as-read from the SDK

Email & SMS

Add email and SMS to any campaign or journey. They go through your own SMTP server and SMS gateway and are logged next to your pushes.

  • One-click unsubscribe on every email
  • Twilio or any HTTP SMS gateway
  • Per-person opt-out on each channel

Every stage of the journey

A friendly voice for each moment in your app.

Journeys react to installs, events and inactivity, step through waits and messages, and stop the moment someone reaches the goal.

Welcome

Turn installs into habits

Someone installs your app and never opens it again. Send a gentle nudge the next morning, a tip on day three, and stop the moment they finish their first lesson.

Engage

Say it once, in their language

Write a campaign once. Each phone gets it in its own language, with the person’s name and plan, and a link that opens the right screen.

Win back

Bring quiet users home

Someone has been away for a week. Perchpush notices, waits for the hour they usually pick up their phone, and compares them with a hold-out group so you see who really came back.

Polite by default

Guardrails that keep you on people’s good side.

The fastest way to lose a subscriber is one message too many. These are on hand for every campaign and journey.

Quiet hours

Set a window, such as 21:30 to 07:00, and marketing messages wait until it ends instead of waking anyone up.

Frequency caps

Limit how many marketing messages one person gets in a period. Capped recipients are skipped and never counted as sends.

Topics people choose

Define topics such as “offers” or “news”, show a preference screen from the SDK, and campaigns skip anyone who turned a topic off.

Durable unsubscribe

An unsubscribe from a verified device survives sign-in, reinstall and new devices. Only your server can lift it.

Transactional fast lane

Order updates and sign-in codes marked transactional go out straight away and skip marketing caps.

Pause mid-send

Spotted a typo? Pause a campaign and no further batches go out. Resume where it stopped, or cancel.
